Charlotte brings 13 years of experience in the childcare sector and plays a vital dual role at Spraoi as our administrative assistant and a responsible person in the OSHC programs. Charlotte places strong value on one-on-one interactions, ensuring every child feels seen, heard, and supported—something she does with genuine care and warmth every day.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves spending time with her husband James and their three adventurous sons. As a family, they’re always on the go, often heading out on exciting outings and making the most of time together on their motorbikes. Charlotte never misses a chance to pause and snap a photo of a beautiful sunset or breathtaking landscape she comes across. Her vibrant spirit and heartfelt dedication make her a cherished part of the Spraoi team.
