Erin is the heart and soul of Spraoi, having founded the centre from the ground up over 14 years ago. With an impressive 18.5 years of experience in the childcare sector, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge, care, and dedication to everything she does. As director, she leads with passion and purpose, but you’ll just as often find her hands-on in both the preschool and OSHC programs, building genuine connections with children and their families. Erin has a keen ability to recognise and utilise the unique strengths of her educators, ensuring that every child’s individual needs are supported in a warm, inclusive environment where all children are given the opportunity to flourish. Outside of Spraoi, Erin enjoys travelling adventures with her husband, Kade; spending time with their beloved fur babies; and playing netball. Her commitment and energy are the foundation of the warm, vibrant environment that makes Spraoi so special.
