Lyndell may be new to working in a childcare centre, but she is no stranger to inspiring and supporting children’s creativity. With years of experience as an art teacher in schools, Lyndell brings a unique blend of artistic flair, teaching expertise, and genuine passion to our OSHC program. She contributes to the team with a creative energy and a deep understanding of how to spark curiosity in young minds. Lyndell shares in the children's excitement as they explore new ideas, discover hidden talents, and express themselves through hands-on experiences. She especially values the slower, more intentional moments of after-school care, where she can guide children in learning new skills or uncovering a creative outlet they didn’t know they had. Outside of work, Lyndell embraces childlike wonder herself—fascinated by other cultures, the peculiarities of the world, and anything that stirs curiosity. She enjoys creating art and music, reading, and immersing herself in the beauty of imagination and expression.
