With 14 years of experience in the early childhood sector, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to her role as assistant director and educational leader at Spraoi. She is currently working independently towards her Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching, showing commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Rachel plays a huge part in the everyday rhythm of Spraoi—her approachable nature and calm, understanding presence make her a trusted support for both children and coworkers alike.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys life on the family farm with her partner Joel and their two daughters, Maggie and Mila. Whether it’s watching her girls ride their motorbikes or care for their ponies or simply pausing to soak in a beautiful sunset, Rachel finds joy in the simple, meaningful moments. Her nurturing approach and genuine care shine through in everything she does.
